Your property will be advertised if needed to gain additional exposure.. We will use our photographs and 360 degree videos of your property for better presentation.

Finding the Prospective Buyer: We will provide you with the list of the prospective buyers for your property. This will be communicated to you, both verbally and in writing. Once you identify the buyer we will coordinate with the buyer to get you an offer for your property. Once you accept the offer and finalize the buyer, we will proceed with the necessary checks and documentations for the completion of the sale. This includes the Encumbrance Certificate, Khata Certificate and Property Tax records.

We will advise you all through the negotiations throughout the sale process, keeping you informed at every step, making the entire sale experience hassle free. Exchange of contracts occurs when the following have been confirmed and agreed:

  • Preliminary enquiries following receipt of draft contract
  • Specific issues highlighted in the Lease, if applicable
  • Local search queries
  • Fixtures and fittings to be included in the sale
  • The buyer's mortgage offer

A Sale agreement will be drafted with in accordance to the offer agreed between you and the buyer. Our executive will be physically present with you or your POA holder at the time of registration. In such cases, Power of Attorney adjudication charges are applicable for NRIs and lawyer fees if any will be billed extra. We will handhold you through the process to make sure things go smoothly.
