Property Evaluation:

We are here for your benefit; hence, we do not believe in simply buying a property in the hope that it yields returns later. Legal Assistance:

We will provide you with the list of prospective buyers for your property. This will be communicated to you, both verbally and in writing. Once you identify the buyer, we will coordinate with the buyer to get you an offer for your property. Once you accept the offer and finalize the buyer, we will proceed with the necessary checks and documentation for the completion of the sale. This includes the Encumbrance Certificate, Khata Certificate, and Property Tax records.

We will advise you throughout the negotiations throughout the sale process, keeping you informed at every step, making the entire sale experience hassle-free. Exchange of contracts occurs when the following have been confirmed and agreed:

  • Preliminary enquiries following receipt of the draft contract
  • Specific issues highlighted in the Lease, if applicable
  • Local search queries
  • Fixtures and fittings to be included in the sale
  • The buyer's mortgage offer

A Sale agreement will be drafted in accordance with the offer agreed between you and the buyer. Our executive will be physically present with you or your POA holder at the time of registration. In such cases, Power of Attorney adjudication charges are applicable for NRIs, and lawyer fees, if any, will be billed extra. We will handhold you through the process to make sure things go smoothly.
