Finding the Right Property:
Once we get a clear idea of what you are looking for, we will provide you with the list of properties that match your criteria. In addition we will keep you updated with the latest upcoming properties as well.

Assessment Report:
An assessment report will be prepared by our team of experts marking the benefits and limitations of the site and this will be sent across to you.   • Confirm with your solicitor's and mortgage broker's details

Conveyancing:
As part of the conveyancing process your solicitor will do the following:

  • Raise any enquiries on receipt of the draft contract from the seller's solicitor
  • Request their own local searches
  • Refer to the information already provided by the seller
  • Agree on a date for exchange of contracts

We will guide your solicitor and advice you throughout this process of negotiations, keeping you informed at every step to make this entire experience hassle free.

Legal Assistance:
All legalities will be taken care by our experienced lawyer.

  • Land verifications
  • Scrutinizing all the essential documents involved
  • Our executive will be physically present with you or your POA holder at the time of registration. In such cases Power of Attorney adjudication charges Applicable for NRIs. NOTE: Lawyer fees if any will be billed extra
  • The Sale agreement and Sale deed will be taken care of by our legal team as per your needs
  • Registration will be taken care of as per your advice
  • Once done with registration, the legal team will take care of transferring all the documents under your name.

Completion:
Completion will be when the transfer of the money happens from the buyers account to the sellers.
